South Lake Tahoe 2010 homes for sale

The most home sales in South Lake Tahoe, CA in the last 5 years.

This is the unofficial 2010 homes for sale results for South Lake Tahoe, CA. More homes were sold in South Lake Tahoe, CA in 2010 than in any year since 2005.

The not-yet-official final tally is 507 single family homes sold in 2010 (here).  This is 71 more sales than there were in 2009, or a 16.3% increase.

By "unofficial" what we mean is some home sales may not have been recorded on our mls as of yet. That is possible, which would mean a few more sales could be added to the final 2010 results. Of course it could also remain the same as it is now. We'll know for sure by the end of the upcoming week, and we'll do our final 2010 home sales analysis at that time.
