New Home Sales Have Little Effect on Stateline, NV side of South Lake Tahoe Real Estate Market.

The most new home sales we have had in recent times was 5 in 2004. Other than that, there are usually 2-3 new homes sold per year. This year there has been only 1.

When put into perspective, new home sales reports like the one here have little bearing on Stateline, NV real estate market trends and conditions.

The chart below indicates new home sales on the Stateline, NV side of the South Lake Tahoe real estate market since 2003.
