New Home Sales Have Little Effect on South Lake Tahoe, CA Real Estate Market.

The most new home sales we have had in recent times was 57 in 2004, or about 6.8% of the market.

9% of the 2008 South Lake Tahoe, CA market were new home sales. Other than that, which is the highest relationship of new home sales we’ve seen in years, the average of new home sales in South Lake Tahoe, CA is 5.9% of the market since 2003.

When put into perspective, new home sales reports like the one here have little impact on South Lake Tahoe, CA real estate market trends and conditions.
