One Sale Per Month Increase in Housing Demand in Stateline, NV area of South Lake Tahoe.
We’ve just updated the Absorption Rates for the Stateline, NV side of our South Lake Tahoe real estate market.
In the last 365 days, we have seen an average increase of one home sale per month in 2009. Market demand is an average of about 6.8 homes sold per month (this same number was 5.8 in August). In the last 30 days, only 3 homes have sold.

Summary:
- In the last 180 days in the Stateline, NV market of South Lake Tahoe, the average number of homes sold per month is 7.5 (this same number was 5.8 in August).
- In 2008, the average number of homes sold per month was 5.9.
- It will take 15.5 months to sell the current inventory at an absorption rate of 6.8 sales per month.
