Tighter Lake Tahoe Environment Inspections leads to an accurate count.
We’ve never thought about this before, just how many boats get on Lake Tahoe in a year? After implementing tighter inspections to prevent aquatic invasive species from entering Lake Tahoe, Tahoe Resource Conservation District inspectors inspected some 12,800 vessels since November 2008.
