  • It was also $305,000 ,a month ago, and $310,000 a month before that.
  • 40.3% of all 2009 sales are either bank owned properties or short sales (which is why the price is so low). (It was 38.5% a month ago, and 40.1% three months ago.)
  • The Average Original List Price is $421,536.
  • The Average Sold Price is $359,413.
  • The difference between Average Original List Price and Median Sold Price is $64,978, or 14.7%.
  • Average Days on Market is 155.
  • Average Price Sq. Ft. is $224.
  • The average size is 1,682 sq. ft.
