Jobs… the key to housing recovery.

More Jobs Means Less Foreclosures, and Less Foreclosures Means a Better Housing Market

Is anybody out there hiring? That’s the lead on this CNNMoney.com article. Unfortunately, however, there still doesn’t appear to be much evidence of an improvement in the labor markets coming anytime soon.

The article also states that Banks appear to have taken a step back from the brink, and that the housing market looks as if it is stabilizing.

We won’t see growth in the housing market, though, until we growth in the jobs market, and that will surely have to come first.
